Our pantry staples, the items we eat MOST of the time, affect our hormones, digestion, weight, energy, stress levels, mood and more. Let us help you upgrade your pantry items! This service includes discussing healthy swaps, understanding quality ingredients versus ingredients to limit, and creating a shopping list of items that will fuel your body & mind.

This service is 45 minutes long. During checkout, please select two options (time window/day) that will fit your schedule. We are usually able to accommodate your first choice, but please give us a second choice if you can. We will be in touch via email in 2-3 business days to set up your specific appointment time.
